I have wanted China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy for a long time now. I finally purchased it even though I'd heard bad reviews about the formula. It's definately not the easiest polish to work with, but it really wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I needed three coats to even it all out. It dried really quick (I find most neons dry quick) to a satin finish. I added a topcoat to make it shiny and dent proof.
I am so in love with neons, I can't seem to get enough of them!
